Job Overview: It is the goal and responsibility of the hemp production supervisor to ensure that hemp processing and all related duties are carried out to conform to best practices in the industry, as directed by management. This includes following all programs and procedures required to achieve and maintain a high standard of products produced for the food industry.  The organizational structure of the company indicates that the hemp production supervisor reports directly to management, works with the Quality Control Program Manager and Food Safety Manager in all aspects of the food safety program, and works with other team members in areas of hemp production. Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalentPost secondary education an asset. Experience:Experience in the field of hemp production and the food industry would be an asset but on-the-job training will be provided for a suitable individual. Specific Skills:Ability to work with others on the team.Adapts to change within the company. Personal Characteristics:Motivated by good work ethic.Organizational skillsDedicated to maintaining high standards for the company. Licences and Certifications:Class 1 Driver’s Licence is an asset. Interested in joining our Team?
