Executive CoordinatorPart-time Contract Position (Remote)Starting at $32/hour We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual to coordinate the activities of a member-based agricultural non-profit organization (or two, potentially). Responsibilities include:Coordinating events and logisticsHandling communications, newsletters, and social mediaBuilding and maintaining relationships with sponsors and partnersBasic bookkeeping and managing membership renewalsUpdating and maintaining the websiteProviding support to the Board of DirectorsCoordinating special projects as assigned Qualifications:Strong background and professional network in agricultureExperience with event planning, admin coordination, or non-profit workAbility to work independently with a home officeWillingness to travel within Ontario for eventsPreference for candidates based in Grey-Bruce (not essential) This is a part-time role averaging 10–20 hours per month, increasing to 30–60 hours per month during the winter season.
